We offer a platform for creative employers and job seekers to utilize brief and distinctive video messages to highlight their abilities, job openings, company culture and experiences. A community of colleagues and employers, where potential candidates have their skills and qualifications validated by reliable connections, enhances the precision and diversity of the hiring process in pre-screening, interviewing, and background verification, ultimately saving time for both sides.
Monthly, half-annual, and annual subscription-based model for employers. In addition, we offer an employee recommendation tool from which we also plan to receive intermediary fees. On top of that, the platform is in its first stage. We plan to add additional features to generate other revenue (paid tests for job offers, paid automated services, paid ads tool, paid employee branding features, etc).
